About Brilliant Connections

Brilliant Connections provides developmental and therapeutic services for children and adolescents centered around individual and family goals. We also offer in-person behavior skills trainings for families, community partners and the professionals serving children and adolescents. We believe providing meaningful and intentional services to individuals, families and our community creates a comprehensive and inclusive support system where all persons have the ability to thrive.

Brilliant Connections imagines a community of interconnected providers comprising a comprehensive and inclusive support system within our community where all persons have the ability to thrive. Furthermore, our vision includes a world where differences are celebrated, where all individuals' unique strengths and challenges are recognized, and where they are given the tools and support to achieve their full potential. We believe that true brilliance emerges when individuals of all backgrounds, abilities, and walks of life are connected through a shared commitment to service, collaborative communication and continuous growth.

Our Mission

The mission of Brilliant Connections is to remain flexible and responsive to the evolving needs of families of children with developmental and behavioral challenges in our community through dismantling barriers to existing community systems, professional courage, coordination of care and community partnerships.

Our Founding Principles

Brilliant Connections was founded on three guiding principles from which all of our processes are built, interactions are had and the future is developed. We refer to these as our 3 C's. These guiding principles ensure all families receive services that are delivered intentionally and consistently across all aspects of our organization. Our 3 C's are Commitment to Service, Collaborative Communication and Continuous Growth.

Our Services

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy

We are passionate about delivering ABA therapy that is child-centered, affirming and compassionate. We ground our service in honoring family-values allowing us to curate a learning plan that is meaningful and highly specific to your goals for your child. We help provide guidance along each step of the way and are honored to be part of the each family's journey entrusted to us each day.

LEGO(R) Club

LEGO(R) - Based Therapy is an evidence based therapy designed to build social skills through LEGO(R) Bases Clubs for neurodivergent children. Daniel B. LeGoff is a licensed neuropsychiatrist, and the pioneer of LEGO(R) based therapy.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy focuses on a highly individualized approach to building and strengthening skills children and adolescents need every day to successfully navigate and explore the world around them. We believe the environment should lead the way in therapeutic services allowing children to safely explore with the therapeutic service respectfully and intentionally enhancing the child's growth through exploration.

Consultation and Advocacy

We believe an inclusive community is built through genuine and intentional relationships among medical providers, community professionals, families and stakeholders. We provide behavioral skills training, crisis management training and educational advocacy to all members of the community.
