Brilliant Connections provides developmental and therapeutic services for children and adolescents, centered around each individual’s and family’s unique goals. Our approach is intentional, personalized, and rooted in meaningful relationships that support growth across home, school, and community environments. We offer in‑person behavior skills trainings for families, community partners, and professionals who serve children and adolescents. These trainings strengthen understanding, build confidence, and create shared strategies that support the whole child. We believe providing meaningful and intentional services to individuals, families and our community creates a comprehensive and inclusive support system where all persons have the ability to thrive.

Our Mission

We aim to remain flexible and responsive to the evolving needs of families of children with developmental and behavioral challenges in our community. We recognize that these needs change over time, and we are dedicated to creating spaces, services, and connections that rise to meet them. Our approach includes providing our own therapeutic and consultation services while also working to dismantle barriers within existing community systems. We do this through professional courage, coordinated care, and authentic community partnerships. By addressing both individual needs and systemic obstacles, we help ensure families receive support that is accessible, meaningful, and rooted in collaboration.

Our Founding Principles

Brilliant Connections was founded on three guiding principles that shape every aspect of our organization — how our processes are built, how our interactions unfold, and how our future is developed. We refer to these as our 3 C’s, and they serve as the foundation for the way we support families, collaborate as a team, and engage with our community. Together, these principles define who we are and how we operate. These principles ensure that every family receives services delivered with intention, consistency, and care. They also guide our behavior as professionals, influencing how we work together, how we communicate, and how we represent our organization in the broader community.
